Jill really has come through for us during a tough time. She is incredibly responsive, realistic, and reasonable. I’m very thankful for her presence in our lives as we work to heal the relationship with our teen.
Jill is the only person who doesn't think I am a loser.
Jill was very understanding and kind. She took the time to get to know me and my situation. I never once felt uncomfortable sharing information with her. She always talked to me with concern and compassion.
Jill is wonderful! She messages me usually very quickly and sometimes it surprises me when she answers because I wasn't necessarily expecting a response so soon. She's listened to whati I've told her and even has suggested a few things. She understands my concerns and gives specific answers rather than blanket statements or just general advice. She's always been kind. I appreciate her attentiveness and her caring attitude towards what's going on in my life.
Jill S. doesn't jump to conclusions and if I do she allows time and space for me to work through it some before giving her view/advice.
