I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has had the privilege of gaining experience in a variety of counseling settings. I offer individual, teenage, and family counseling. I provide a holistic approach to counseling by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. I approach therapy in a very integrative, client-centered manner to ensure the highest quality care is provided. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include cognitive-behavioral, hypnotherapy, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and SAAMA quantum therapy. I promote growth by offering a safe, accepting atmosphere so that you feel heard, validated, and empowered.

Jesus “Eduardo” Estrada is very easy to talk to and allows space for my teen daughter to explain her thoughts. She has seen other therapist who assume or fill in the blanks but he really allows her the time to speak for herself and asks questions to clarify. Her last session with him was transformative. She woke up that day and was not in a great mood but afterwards she was noticeably lighter and happier. Pretty amazing.
