I am licensed in Illinois with 22 years of professional work experience within the fields of mental health, education, and corrections. I have experience in helping clients of all ages in all areas of mental health, self harm, suicidal ideations, stress, relationships, and behavior. I use different clinical approaches with all my clients as all my clients are different. I enjoy working with teens from all backgrounds, helping them to identify their strengths, build upon their weaknesses, and finding their true selves. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
