About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker from a small town on the Minnesota/Wisconsin border. I am trained, and have experience, to work with people from ages 0-infinity ♾️. I started in the mental health field 20 years ago, working with individuals in a group home setting. I worked in different settings throughout that time before settling into my career as a mental health therapist, which I have been doing for over 5 years.
I like to help find a way to bring tranquility to people who have suffered, something to help them find balance in their lives. I love to be a part of those small successes with my clients.

Jamie asks smart questions and shares her expertise in a way that helps me think through my challenges. She gets me. After 2 weeks, I'm already emotionally stronger.
Jamie is a fantastic person whom is extremely supportive, if she doesn't hear from you in a couple of days she makes sure that she touches base with you to see how you are.

She really listens and gives constructive feedback which I enjoy.
Jamie seemed to be able to get my teenage son to open up and talk about issues . Helped him during a difficult time.
