About Me

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 26 years of experience working with kiddos as young as 5 to senior adults. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma and ADHD, in a variety of settings.

Acknowledging that you may need some assistance is the first step, asking for help is the second. Whatever your struggle, I will listen. Together, we will discuss how to best address your issues using a holistic approach. I tend to combine Client-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques, among others, to tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Thank you--
Jamie

Jamie is very easy to communicate with. I feel that understand my issues and offers good suggestion. She also ask is there anything that I tried that has worked in the pass or have has this issue in the pass. I feel that can help her better treat me in the present.

I am extremely grateful for the insight and support provide by Jamie. Her approach to therapy has helped me understand and confront the causes of my insecurities related to adult AD/HD. She has guided me towards a deeper understanding of myself that has equipped me with the tools I need to grow as an individual. Very happy to have found life changing advice from both Jamie and teen counseling's resources

Jamie is great. She is thoughtful and patient and really takes her time in helping you find your way. I was anxious to fix myself, and I was impatient going in, but she helped me pace myself and reminded me to find my balance before diving into topics and memories that may have been hard to revisit. Definitely recommend!
