Jamie was curious, helpful and respectful to both of us. She asked very pertinent questions and made some important observations about both of us. Then offered suggestions that we consider and learn about some things that she saw. Both of us felt empowered to check her suggestions out and learn more about ourselves. We feel good about the things we are learning and genuinely look forward to our sessions with Jamie. I gladly recommend her as a therapist.
I was hesitant to try counseling again but Jamie has been really amazing. She respects me, gives me great feedback, and action plans to work through the things I’ve been dealing with in silence. I’m getting better each day and it’s largely due to the work Jamie is doing with me.
I read the reviews other people left, but I didn’t believe them because I’m skeptical AF. After a couple weeks, this wonderful human broke through my walls like the Kool-Aid man. Oh Yeah! She’s warm, comforting, empathetic, supportive, honest, and intuitive. All the reviews I read were true, and I am on the path to a happier, healthier me. I am grateful for her presence in my life.
Jamie is wonderful! I can't express enough how much she has changed my outlook on myself and my past experiences for the better. She is enthusiastic, encouraging and full of truth bombs that flip the way you see or process things for the better. I really do look forward our sessions and I'm so grateful for her insight.
Jamie is one of the most kind, caring, and thoughtful counselors I have ever worked with. She actively seeks out feedback to make sure that she helps you in a way that is meaningful and helpful, which is unlike any other counselor I have ever met. Jamie has an endearing personality, and it is incredibly easy to feel comfortable and safe with her. I’m so thankful for her light.
Jamie is amazing! She is so easy to connect with and actually cares about helping. I am so thankful for her!
Jamie’s very flexible with me on our meetings and allows me to write to her which is a huge help to me. She understands my hesitance with counseling and makes me feel very comfortable with it.
I've only known her for a short time but I'm more than glad I was paired with Jamie and look forward to working with her more.
Jamie helped me find the right words and express myself in a way I've struggled with recently. I love her and I feel confident her expertise can benefit anyone who has her for counseling.
Jamie is very understanding and does not judge in terms of our issues and situation. She is also very easy to speak with and she is very fair to the both of us and her words are perfect for our situation and not biased in any way.
My daughter thinks Jamie is wonderful! She has had such a hard year with depression, anxiety, self harm, SI, hospitalization, and horrible med side effects and then withdrawals. Meds have been adjusted and working ok so far, but finding a therapist to click with has been hard. We’ve tried 3 other therapists irl before we tried online therapy. This format and this therapist is working well for us❤️
I really really love Jamie! She is so professional but has a wonderful personality on the side. She’s helped me get comfortable enough to actually talk about past trauma and has made every effort on her part to guide me and be by my side with all my best intentions put first. I’ve gone through 10+ counselor in my life and she is by far the most helpful and empathetic and supporting!
My daughter has complete trust in Jamie, she has only been helping us a short time but I think we are making progress.
Jamie is personable and disarming. I have very quickly opened up to her and shared with her my inner thoughts and viewpoints. She is sensitive towards the topics we discuss and I trust her completely. Thank you Jamie - I’m so grateful for you time and care.
Highly recommend Jamie. She is very supportive and helps to clarify my needs. She gives very helpful advice on how to deal with my issues, including ways to look after myself and my needs.
