About Me
My expertise outlines several domains and specialties over a 15 year period. I have participated in community suicide prevention efforts as well as crisis management. In
my training and experience I have acquired clinical expertise in suicide prevention. I have supervised programs and facilitated treatment to support progression for at-risk children and teens who are in crisis or suffering from complex symptoms. I have conducted trauma, violence, and depressive assessments to support guidance for identifying points of concerns and treatment. In addition, I have supervised a school-based behavioral health program that was trauma-informed centered. I have extensive experience with working with emotional and behavioral concerns within educational settings. I have facilitated trauma treatment for over 5 years as a trauma certified clinician. As symptoms and the environment continues to evolve, trauma responses and anxiety has been at its upmost highest. To respond to the needs and symptoms that I have seen I have also undertaken the interest and specialty of treating anxiety and obsession/ compulsion symptoms.

Professional and congenial therapeutic style facilitates discussions to ascertain the underlying issues. Traumatic past experiences are unpacked at a tempo the client is comfortable with and enables the application of coping strategies advised. I have consequential progress in the healing process.
She has been fantastic, I was very new to counseling and she made me feel very comfortable
Jaclyn is a great fit for me and a very knowledgeable therapist. She understands my needs and is very patient. My favorite thing about her is that she includes the science part of the brain and helps me understand why it does the things it does.
Jaclyn is empathetic, genuine and the best active listener. Without her guidance and support, I wouldn’t be successfully handling the most traumatic part of my life.
Very pleased so far.
Jaclyn is absolutely amazing. She understands my beliefs and treats them with respect while teaching me new ways to look at situations. Highly recommend!
I have done counseling before and I didn't see much end result...However this time, she has this way to make me realize things I couldn't see and have me do some self-reflection. I truly feel we are going somewhere with these sessions. I am always looking forward to my next meeting.
Been with jaclyn for a few weeks now, she’s great!
I feel like Jacelyn really listens to my inner feelings without judgement. I can tell her all the things that are awkward to share with family and friends. I feel like she gives me a safe space to share.
