About me
I am the Owner/ Clinical Therapist at IMPACCTT Enterprises, PLLC (IMPACCTT.com), an author, and a motivational speaker. IMPACCTT is the acronym for Innovative Mentoring Passionate Advocacy and Creative Community Based Treatment Techniques. The vision for IMPACCTT Enterprises, PLLC was birthed out of my experiences within the Saginaw County Foster Care System wherein I experienced some of the best and worst aspects of the system of care. I overcame the past via addressing and overcoming the past. I know that extreme hurt can transform into healing. I had to overcome trauma, grief, and loss, so I've been there. I provide creative outpatient individual and family therapy services for children, teens, and adults to include senior citizens with abuse, neglect, grief, and/ or loss histories. I use therapeutic tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and psycho-education.
I hold a degree as a Licensed Masters Clinical Social Worker with a focus in practice with Children, Teens, and Families. I was trained as a Public Child Welfare Fellow within the art of creative therapy. I also hold a Juris Doctor of Law Degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2008). I have fifteen years of clinical experience as a Social Worker. I also have eighteen months of past experience within Legal Services of Eastern Michigan and Legal Services of South Central Michigan.
I believe that although an individual may be or may have been affected by past or present life challenges, those experiences need not define the client or serve as either a complete or a permanent barrier(s) to progress or productivity in a person’s life. I believe in the power of therapy and faith towards assisting clients with tapping into and nurturing their strengths, accepting themselves (flaws and all), and learning how to heal, learn from, and ultimately use life challenges/life experiences as catalysts for growth and/ or change when possible. The willingness to work on one’s self is one of the most challenging, but ultimately the most rewarding act of bravery, kindness, and love that one can offer to themselves and their loved ones.

Eric’s is very patient and keeps in contact. She checks in consistently and prioritizes your well being and concerns
I was hesitant to begin therapy but I can say Erica has made this a very gentle experience while still creating an environment for me to self examine and grow into the person I’m trying to become
She is very insightful and very natural
At what she does. She seems to know what the next step is before me. She is so wonderful!
Great therapeutic feedback.
She is incredible and helps me tremendously. I am blessed for meeting her and am so fortunate the two of us have now been connected through teen counseling.
Erica Springer is lovely! She makes you feel very seen with client-focused therapy and she does a great job of bringing you out of past memories so you're not stuck throughout the day.
I'm only three sessions in and therapy with Erica has already improved my day-to-day well-being and relationships so much! I am so grateful I signed up for therapy to work through some lingering anxiety and codependency issues, it's given me so much hope. I love that she gives me practical tools to work on right away in my life and offers such healthy/informative insight. She balances the perfect amount of listening and directing and offers Biblical knowledge and lots of grace. Erica is the best therapist I've ever had!
I find Erica to be deeply insightful and extremely supportive. She identifies my issues and offers tools for coping and managing without wasting time. I always leave our sessions feeling happier and more empowered to deal with the difficulties I’m facing. I’m super grateful to have her to talk to!! Life can be really hard and depressing so thank you so much teencounseling.com and I wish everyone struggling had an Erica to talk to!! ❤️
She is a listener and I appreciate the fact that she gives non judgmental advice.
Our first session with Erica was wonderful. My son feels comfortable speaking with her and is looking forward to his next session.
Erica is such a patient, kind and supportive therapist, I appreciated how thoughtful she was with the questions she would ask and all the effort and time she put into understanding who she’s working with- It’s been very helpful having her to talk to during this rough time. I’m so grateful!
Erica, is an amazing woman. She listens, provides great feedback, and is very gentle in her approach. Through therapy with Erica I was able to lower my anxiety, process my grief, and unpack some issues of my past. I truly feel stronger after working with her, and have a lot more tools to stand up for myself. I wish I could recommend Erica to everyone.
I have had therapy with Erica for a few months now and it’s always been a joy to work with her. She is patient, empathetic and has an amazing sense of humour. She has helped me to understand my feelings better and shown me a different perspective of things. I always look forward to my sessions with her.
I haven't had a ton of sessions with Erica yet, but I find her to be good at asking questions that allow me to express myself and she validates my feelings without me feeling like I'm being pandered to. She has given me some advice that I didn't expect and that helped me change my way of thinking about some of my circumstances.
Erica has provided me with a space that I feel really comfortable in. I’ve never done therapy prior to this and she talks with me in such a supportive way that I trust what insights she provides. She is such a great listener and I appreciate the conversations we’ve shared.
I've worked with Erica Springer for a number of weeks and during this time, Erica was very patient, understanding, encouraging, and always validated my feelings. The sessions with her were very helpful.
Erica is a beautiful soul! I have had nothing but good things come from our relationship. And I would recommend her to anyone :) she is very kind and is a very good listener! She truly cares for her clients and gives nothing but good honest advice! Cheers to Erica :) we need more people like her in the world!
Erica was a very good listener. I could feel that my problems were ackowledged, and I could have a step forward with her toward a better life. Thanks to the sessions with her, I feel the issues that used to plague me are not some fatal fundamental issues anymore, but rather they are just some things that can happen in life that I can be OK with. Thank you Erica!
