About Me

At times, we all struggle with change or experience challenges in life. Therapy offers a safe space to talk through those challenges, it allows you to explore your past and present emotions, thoughts, and experiences. People are not cookie cutter and their treatment shouldn’t be either. Treatment should be individualized to meet the need of each individual person, which is why I take an integrative theoretical approach, incorporating several theories and techniques into treatment.

My 16 year old daughter is really enjoying her sessions with Emily! She comes out of each session incredibly happy & feels like she has something constructive to think about and work on until their next session. So thankful for Emily’s compassionate but constructive approach to therapy.

Emily has been fantastic to work with. She has given me a safe space to talk, learn and work through what I need to. She always validates how I feel and is very supportive :) I look forward to my weekly meetings with her, she's the best!

Emily was attentive, understanding, non-judgemental and very helpful! I wasn't with her long-term due to moving out of state but had I not moved I would have loved to continue working with her.
