I've used teen counseling for several months and switched counselors several times after just one session. Diane is only one of two that I've really liked and kept talking to past the initial session. I feel like she's actually actively trying to help me as opposed me just being another thing she has to tick off in her workday.
Most sessions have been nearly an hour rather than the minimum half hour she's required to do. She explores just about any topic with me. It's great to have a judgment-free space.

Diane Marshall is very easy to talk to. She’s empathetic, respectful, professional and kind.
I need to reserve an hour session, at Diane’s request. I don’t know how to do it. She expected it to me, but I’m not being successful. Can anyone help, please?
