Deidra has been super supportive to me and has helped me tremendously with my daughter. I've already recommended her with my friends and family.

She is very respectful and intuitive. She listens to exactly what I say and is very good at remembering small details I've mentioned to her, then using those details to better interact with me and cater our sessions to me personally. She utilizes multiple tools when offering me counseling, and ensures I am comfortable and ready to speak during all of our sessions.

Written by M.O. on Sep 23, 2020 after counseling with Deidra for 3 months on issues concerning depression, and stress, anxiety

Deidra is one of the most uplifting & empowering women I've ever met. My only wish is that I would have started therapy sooner. She is kind, attentive, and can pick up on issues that honestly I didn't realize were holding me back. I feel so much more equipped to handle my anxiety now, and I'm enjoying life much more.
