I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Dr. Koehn and with his knowledge. He shared many resources that were very relevant and research-based. He’s very invested, and if you put the work in, the results follow.

He has given me the tools and advice I have needed for a long time. And we have discovered things about me I did not know existed. And I look forward to more sessions with Dr. Koehn.

Dr. Koehn has a wide range of tools in his belt to help me deal with my racy and negative thoughts from the first session itself. I had passive suicidal thoughts when I first met him. I'm on the third week now and already am making desirable progress in my recovery plan from anxiety and social phobia, feeling optimistic about the future!
