I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and specialize in treating individuals with histories of trauma. I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and their families, including many years working within the foster care system. I have extensive experience helping clients with issues of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-confidence, and relationship issues. Regardless of the issues one is facing, it is often helpful to have a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can sort out your thoughts and feelings.
