About Me
Over the last 25+years I have worked with many teens in foster care, post adoptive homes, juvenile court involved, gang involved, pregnant teens, and substance misusing teens of various racial, ethnic, cultural, and diverse communities and over a wide range of issues and challenges. These include depression anxiety, autism, ADHD, and legal issues. It takes a lot of courage to seek help and my approach Is highly collaborative where we will seek to venture down the pathway to healing and feeling better together. Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Christopher Cuda. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
Chris's support has been invaluable, a literal life saver. I had a mental breakdown and he was able to support me gently though firmly, setting me back on track. He was professional though friendly, an excellent listener and sounding board, offering precious insights into my reactions, triggers, and emotions. Thanks to his honesty and transparency, I always felt safe. Within seven months I'm back to healthy. He helped me figured out the source of my discomfort and address/remove them from my life. I will be forever grateful!
I have just started working with Christopher but so far its been a positive experience

Extremely happy with my therapist he and I are a very good fit and I feel as if I am really finally getting the help that I need
Chris is really helpful and willing to listen to anything I have to say. I have made a lot of progress over 4 short weeks.
He is always thoughtful in his responses and guidance. Often helps me formulate what I can’t seem to have expressed to anyone prior. Thankful to have him as my counselor.
