I have been a therapist for 25 years and I feel that people know what's best and what they want for themselves. I also have been working with teens regarding various issues including addictions, relationships (parental and peers), cutting, abuse and mental health concerns. I feel that teens have so many more issues to deal with these days and many teens feel they don't have adequate support. I have learned that teenagers can be very cruel to each other and sometimes they are their own worst enemy too. Many times what they need is solid support and someone to verify what they are feeling. That they aren't crazy! In regard to mental health issues, teens and parents alike need to understand that many times a mental illness may begin in the teen years and they be more at risk if mental illness runs in the family. It can be complicated, but there is help.

We have a very good rapport, similar views on a lot of life’s issues, and could easily be friends. When we disagree on something, we talk it out until we each understand the other’s view. She knows how to get me to refocus when I’m simply overthinking a matter, and is helping me get past the tendency to procrastinate.
Tina is amazing and supportive. My daughter looks forward to talking to her.
Christine is really great. She went out of her way to find times for us that were suitable.she listens well snd and offers practice advice. Would highly recommend
Tina is an absolutely amazing person. Who’s helped me so much in dealing with my grief and anxiety. She understands me well and gives the best advice. I highly recommend Tina. As she’s an expert in what she does.
Christine is amazing. She’s an incredible listener and everything she says feels custom. It doesn’t feel rehearsed or robotic. I trust her to really hear me and offer wisdom.
Tina has been excellent. She remembers things from past conversations and is straight forward with me. She listens and turns it into a conversation that goes by way too fast!
Tina is amazing and her approach is very good with helping deal with difficult situations. She always checked on me on days I was feeling I wS particular low and made sure I felt better by the end of the conversation. A REAL GEM of a person and an amazing counsellor. Thanks Tina for all that you do.
Tina provided amazing support to our 17 year old son facing some challenges. Her experience and ability to meet the individual where they are and offer support and mechanisms to deal with challenges and a safe space to discuss issues helped him through. We would recommend Tina unreservedly!
Excellent to speak with
Christine has been a great therapist. My schedule can be chaotic but she always responds to messages. She has been a great shoulder to turn to and cry on. Our sessions never feel like you’re in therapy but more just visiting a friend over coffee. She truly cares and it shows during the session.
