Empathetic and helps me gather my thoughts
Cheryl has been very helpful for our family. She is open and honest and gives great advice.
I have only had one meeting with Cheryl, but I am very hopeful that she will be my long-term therapist. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease, which is a big deal for me.
I completed my second session yesterday and I find Cheryl to be incredibly competent and very empathetic. She’s a great listener and certainly can point out blind spots and convey them in a way that doesn’t create defensiveness. Her ability to create awareness and aha moments is exceptional.
I have only had a few sessions but Cheryl is amazing. She is excellent at listening and helping me pick out ways to ground myself when it comes to my anxiety. Genuinely one of the most helpful when it comes to dealing with past trauma and where that trauma has lead me now.
Cheryl is a great therapist and I enjoy working with her. Working with her has been a game changer!
Cheryl was very professional and helpful.
She is a new therapist to me. I told her about my anxiety from leaving the one I had for 13 years and she quickly put me at ease. She is quick to respond to my messages and works with me with my schedule. She has given me techniques i can use even at work. She understands what i say and mean and is not agraid to ask me questions.
We have only had one session with Cheryl, but she made us both feel very comfortable sharing our experiences. I am excited to work with her!
Cheryl was really good at keeping us on topic and giving us helpful practices to make our lives easier. We look forward to continue working with her. She was very helpful.
Cheryl is a great listener and is very intuitive. I find that we work well together, and I value her perspective. I like the way she guides me through whatever it is that I'm struggling with. So glad I found her!
Cheryl has been, and is, a great therapist! She's been helping me and my Partner figure out a lot about eachother and ourselves.
Cheryl is wonderful and able to adapt to help you in the way you are ready to be helped
