About Me

I am an openminded therapist with a belief that we are all different and those differences are what make us unique. I provide a non-judgemental, laid back, and accepting space where clients can feel comfortable and safe. Utilizing evidence-based practices, I provide education, support, and help my clients build confidence while processing past trauma or distressing events. Together we will work to identify current coping strategies and build on those skills by adding research-based tools. These will include an emphasis on self-care, mindfulness, emotion education and acceptance, and self-talk. I will be thrilled to be there with you through this process of learning to become more adaptive, healthier, and happier.

Licensed in Washington and currently living in New Mexico. I am experienced in working with individuals ranging in age from 8 - 50 years old. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship difficulties, abuse and trauma (sexual, verbal, physical, and emotional), PTSD, teen issues, school/work stress.

My "Office Hours" are Monday-Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Fridays 9 am to 3 pm
This means I respond to messages between these hours. I am also available for live video, phone, and chat sessions though hours vary depending on the day.

Bailey has become an invaluable resource in my life. I've thought about cancelling a few times due to monetary concerns, but I've always found a way to make it work because having someone to talk to, especially now, has become a necessary part of my life. I recommend teen counseling to all my friends and Bailey has been a really big part of that. Thank you.

Bailey is knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, helpful and worth the investment with both time and money. She’s taught me adaptive coping mechanisms that I’ve been able to apply in the real world and see noticeable quality of life improvements. Counseling with Bailey has definitely given me more positive results than I’ve had in years. Thank you, Bailey!

I just started working with Bailey and look forward to connecting with her on our weekly sessions. Bailey even checks in with me on Monday mornings to see how I am doing... excited to finally get the help I needed for so long but was scared to actually follow through.

Bailey is the first counselor my daughter truly connected with. She listens, pushes through hard things and challenges my daughters assumptions. Bailey has made it safe for my daughter to work through her anxiety and other challenges especially during Covid. This connection has been a true blessing and I am so grateful for this option for a teen. Thank you.

Bailey is amazing. I cannot even begin to express how profoundly helpful her view has been. She is very professional and at the same time she feels like the best friend I ever had. One that is not biased towards me but genuinely wise in showing me a broader perspective. She has been stellar in guidance for effective communication within a long term relationship conflict Im trying to untangle. She is able to take where I am and gently push me to the next phase of development all while supporting me in the struggles that got me here. She always seems to know what will move things forward either for myself or the relationship and yet keeps it very clear that my health is the top priority and goal. Again gently redirecting when my focus gets tangled back up in the goings on around me. I am so so so happy I decided to sign up and even more that by chance I was paired with Bailey! Thank you forever Bailey!

All things she's shared with me so far, have been amazing. She understands what I'm going through and how hard it is. She's someone I'm glad I have support from in this different and difficult time in my life.
