About Me

I am a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Clinician (BC-TMH) with almost a decade of professional experience. I hold degrees in psychology and social work, and certification in drug and addictions. I serve adolescents, adults, and families dealing with pervasive mental, emotional and behavioral health needs as well as substance related needs. I provide care in community mental health, acute psychiatric settings as well as state based services including work with juvenile offenders. I provide therapeutic services to a wide range of clientele on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, parenting skills, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders.

Whether you’re a parent in search of support for your child, a teen in search of someone to offer a listening ear, or a family experiencing conflict, I am confident we can come up with a treatment plan that fits your needs and is designed to help you meet your goals. The teen years can be complicated and even overwhelming. I am here to help you navigate the stressors during this difficult period.
Are you being bullied?
Is your social life complicated?
Are having trouble balancing the demands of school and other activities?
Are you experimenting with drugs and alcohol?
Do you believe you have anxiety or depression?
Are you influenced or even intimidated by social media?
Do you feel like no one understands you?
Are you worried about your future?
Do you sometimes just want to give up?
These are common experiences for teens and their caregivers. You don’t have to go through it alone. My “door” is open and I welcome you to allow me to take those next steps with you. You can do it and I am here to help!

I have formal training in the following teen-focused models and evidenced based practices (EBPs):
Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA is a substance use model)
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA is primarily used to treat people with autism spectrum disorders)
Intercept (a trauma informed family therapy)
Multi-systemic Therapy (MST is a family therapy for delinquent juveniles)
