Bridget has been working with teens and their families for the past 8 years. She has experience implementing trauma-focused interventions, animal-assisted interventions, experiential therapy, DBT, CBT, and parent coaching strategies to help the youth she works with achieve growth and find healing. Her passion lies in experiential therapy where she incorporates nature and animals in the healing process. Bridget believes in empowering youth to find their passion and purpose in life. She uses holistic approaches to help her clients build self-confidence, strengthen their relationships, heal, and courageously find their path.
