I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts. I have provided individual and group therapy with children for over 12 years. I have assisted children, teens, and families in learning new skills to manage, anger, depression, anxiety, stress, as well as build confidence and self-esteem. I have assisted teens with managing coping skills, peer' conflict, anxiety, and depression. I've worked with teens in the home, at school, within the Juvenile Detention Center, In-patient hospitalization setting, Emergency Room setting and the Outpatient Mental Health setting. I know it is difficult for adolescents and teens to ask for help especially during these unprecedented times of fear and uncertainty. So, I applaud each one of you who have taken this first step.
I look forward to working with you!
