About me

I began my journey as a therapist through my work in the community with teenagers. I have continued to work with youth in the community in both volunteer and professional settings. The unique needs of adolescents are too often misunderstood as they negotiate the many changes they are going through. My experience and training provides a nonjudgmental and safe place for youth to process their feelings and begin to find their place in the world.
