About Me

Hi, my name is Ann DePoole. So many of us have been through a difficult year and now we are again trying to readjust. I am extremely thankful that more and more people are talking openly about mental health and helping to reduce the stigma. I believe for anyone to get the most from therapy, there needs to be trust and openness between the client and therapist. I have been a therapist for 12 years. I believe in mending one soul at a time.
My areas of expertise include mood disorders, co-occuring disorders, trauma and substance abuse. Some of the therapies I use are CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, traumatic incident reduction and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Ann is so amazing, she is respectful, she messages me to ask about how things in my life are going. She makes me feel as if I am her only patient, when I know she has others. 10 out of 10!!

My son was the one doing sessions,so could not answer some of the questions. My interaction with her has been good and I think she has been helpful to him.
