About Me
Welcome! My name is Angela. It is an honor to be a witness to your journey and be a part of the change that you are seeking. I feel that it is quite profound to be trusted and brought into the most vulnerable aspects of a persons life. I do not take that lightly. Sometimes it is just about holding the space and allowing for the process to organically unfold. Bearing witness. Other times, it is much more about guidance, tools, or structure. Whatever route, to me, I see it as being the mirror of change that comes from within you. I am glad you are here and look forward to working together.
I hope to help you feel supported and safe to make the changes that you desire. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nineteen years of experience helping people achieve their goals. I practice from an eclectic strength based perspective. Together we will work to reach your goals, allowing you to fullfill your full potential.

Angela is so sweet, kind, introspective, and helpful. She has a beautiful and warm personality and I trusted her even from the first session. Though I’m still a teen I have gone through MANY therapists. She is by far the one I’ve connected with the most. I would recommend her to many, especially those with self harm issues. I look forward to working more in depth with her.
She is great!
Patient, friendly, caring.
Angela was an amazing counselor! She always answered quickly, and she gave me a lot of tools and worksheets to help me through my thoughts. I would recommend her to anyone!
I have just started therapy with Angela Towne. I am very pleased with my experience so far. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Our first phone chat was very helpful. She responds to my emails and provides me with things to think about to help me resolve my problems.
I feel such a professional and personal connection with Angela. She has taught me, and continues to teach me, how to be kinder to myself which has improved all aspects of my life.
Angela is wonderful! She listens to you and reassured you that your feelings are valid and she gives you extremely helpful tools to manage problems.
She has helped and always kept in touch to check in. It shows she really does care and want to help.
Angela has been such a great support for me. She’s helped me establish action items to work on for the week. I trust her expertise and value her insight on my goals. Thank you Angela!
Great people helping navigate life. Great experience.
I am so satisfied with Angela that it is difficult to put into words. She has helped me reach new goals and looking for a great future with my significant other...taught me to love myself again.
Great and listens to me.
Angela is sympothetic to my issues and provides me with logical ways to organize my tasks.
Very good and has been perceptive in asking me thoughtful questions!
Feeling supported and guided as you navigate troubled waters is one of the most reassuring parts of getting help. Angela does a wonderful job guiding and supporting through this process, i'm happy to have the feedback and positive direction in my life right now. I especially like being able to read over her previous responses for further understanding, she keeps it simple and has a way of getting to the root of supporting.
Angela Towne has, so far, been helpful in my life regarding my present situation. She has helped me contemplate my feelings, goals, priorities and my sexuality. She's encouraged me to not deny my feelings but to accept them. She has assisted me in setting some goals for myself and to examine my priorities to accomplish them. So far, I am pleased to have her services available in a non-pressured and supportive manner. I plan to continue talking to Angela about my questioning of my sexuality for as long as I feel it is being a benefit to my self-discovery.
I have gained an abundance in insightful experience in my interactions with Angela. Angela points me in the right direction, & there's no one more empathetic & understanding. Angela to me is more a friend than a counselor, and I treasure her friendship.
Angela has been a supportive, concerned, and respectful guide for me. She supplied a mix of worksheets, articles, and her own expertise when helping me identify my problems and offering solutions.
Angela is great. I wanted to learn about why I'm so hooked on 2 guys that I have not met. She is very authentic and is trying to help me sort this out. She never judges.
So far I'm having a great experience with Angela. Through writing and communication with her, I have been able to get a hold of some of my thoughts. Things are being made clear, I'm more aware and able to realize the truth and start making some changes.
Angela has been absolutely fantastic! I was hesitant starting as I've had trouble finding the right fit from a counselor before but we hit it off immediately. Angela is so open and easy to talk to, I felt like I could really express my self and be guided the whole time. Fantastic!
