My name is Angel Babcock and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Tennessee and Indiana. I have had over 6 years’ experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential, outpatient, and in home. Much of my experience comes from working with those in the community mental health setting from a verity of ages including 13-19-year-old. This has given me the opportunity to work those with anxiety, depression, anger management issues, complex trauma and abuse, and family conflict. I have also worked with clients with time management, social engagement, and addiction and recovery.
I use a person-centered, holistic, and eclectic approach in my approaches to treatment. This mean I will tailor treatment to your needs and help you reach your goals. I used evidence-based techniques in treatment including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused counseling. I would describe myself as warm and non-judgmental. I believe that therapy is a partnership in which we work together to reach your goals and develop coping strategies you can take with you as you face life challenges.
If you are ready for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change, I am here to support you.
I look forward to working with you!

Angel has been patient and kind. She listens and really wants to see me better myself. I find that when we talk I feel better just knowing that she is there listening. ♥️
She isreally helpful.
Spent the last two months doing video call counseling with Angel Babcock. It's had a positive effect on my life and has helped me to move on and achieve a few things in my life that I've been putting off for a long time.
She has been a wonderful counselor, I cannot thank her enough for her efforts and what she has brought to the table. I would’ve liked to tell her myself that her services are no longer required. This is Marino speaking, or rather writing. Thank you Ms.Babcock for everything, I wish you the best in life and perhaps we’ll meet again.
Angel’s name is very fitting. She seems like a good friend who knows how best to advise. She has gotten me information about a grief support group in my town. She gives great homework and listens well. How could I ask for more.
