Life can be hard sometimes, from people just not getting it to, wanting to be left alone, or just trying to stay true to you while maneuvering in this world.
I believe in meeting you were you are at. You are the expert of your life, hence you will take the lead in your transformation with my guidance and support. Words that I chose to live by from Maya Angelou “people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people wont forget how you made them feel. My goal is to establish a therapeutic connection to address with you areas of future growth. My true calling is helping you to embrace your true and unique self. Are you in need of assistance with practicing life skills, improving positive communication, improving self love and acceptance? Then I am your clinician. My experience also includes and is not limited to working with survivors of commercial exploitation, rape, child abuse, and child neglect. Parents I didn’t leave you out, if you are in need of support with parenting skills, etc. then I am also your clinician.

You have taken the time to learn how and if I can support you, take the next step and schedule a session. I am available evening and weekends. Please reach out to me and together we will schedule a time that works best.
