I like the ease of BH and the promtness of communication with Alicia. I have really learned alot on my therapy with Alicia and so grateful to have found someone certified in EMDR Therapy which I have been wanting to try for a long time for trauma. EMDR has changed my life.

Alicia is amazing! She is so accommodating to my child’s schedule and goes out of her way to help her through anything. She has researched various treatment modalities and has been so encouraging. She responds promptly to any questions.

I loved working with Alicia. I was already working with a college counselor but needed therapy during summer when I couldn't see them. I had realized that emdr might be a good fit for what i went though. Alicia explained it so well and helped me process a lot and was comforting and even accepting of some feedback that I had with her. She is open and welcoming and willing to work with your schedule. She is a wonderful therapist that will listen to you and validate your feelings.
