I’ve been talking with Aleeza for a short time and she has already made an impact on my life. Her approach is wonderful and supportive. She has helped me to begin thinking of myself and situations differently. I feel blessed to have been matched with her. She is truly dedicated and gifted.
Aleeza is a very good counselor, very empathetic and a good listener. She uses a variety of ways to hone in on issues that you may need to work through, helping you deconstruct and better cope through insight and reflection. She has a very calm and reassuring spirit that just feels right!
Thorough listening skills, amazing conclusions, and thought provoking questions pervades each session with Aleeza. I am definitely appreciative of this jewel.
She really knows how to make me feel heard! I struggle a lot with anxiety and depression and she teaches me how to normalize my feelings rather than seeing them as the problem all of the time. She gives amazing advice and perspective and I’ve never felt more comfortable with any therapist like I do with her. She has definitely helped me more than I imagined someone could in such a short amount of time!
